Customer service review
Nearly every business has a way to leave a review of their work, craftsmanship, customer service etc. Some have surveys, ratings and open boxes for comments. We never see a review available for the customer, client or user so that’s what I’m providing today. As a company working in the service industry it is crucial to have excellent communication, the customer wants, needs and deserved to be kept informed of the process of their project. Often times though the contractor can go along on the work until nearly the end and a client will say I don’t really like this and it was a simple fix, two weeks ago! I recently had the exact opposite. Every day they we quick to bring up things they liked or disliked, questioned what was being done and asked why. Many times apologizing for “being a pain in the @33”. I made it very clear that what they were doing is exactly what I needed them to do. We were able to discuss anything they were unsure of, clarify the direction of the project and why we were doing things the way we were doing them. In the end, working together the project was completed the way they had envisioned. It also helped teach me that I had an opportunity to make improvements in my communication and explanation of the process.
We are contractors putting your ideas and dreams into place. We can do the work but we need your steady input and direction to keep things in track to your liking, and to fulfill your vision. So don’t be afraid to ask questions about and during your project. No, you’re not being a pain in the @33, well, maybe a little bit but it’s worth it to get everything completed working together. When we do a project for you then you become part of the team. We want and welcome your input and can’t put your vision together if you don’t share it.
Five star reviews for those who communicate and share their thoughts every time!!!
