Here at DC and H, our internship model is a paid internship.
What we teach
We teach you the four components to step into any company to stand out and be successful.
1. Sales – nothing happens without the initial sale of a product or service
2. Operations – what has to occur behind the scenes once the product or service is sold. It is the accounting, data entry, follow up, change orders, working with vendors, supply chain, research, appointing the right talent for the product or service, payables, receivables, and so much more
3. Logistics – the detailed coordination of a complex operation involving many people, facilities, or supplies
4. Leadership development – in today’s world, to stand out, to earn more, and keep pace where you should be throughout your career, leadership is a must.
Our interns receive coaching, real time on the job touches, and experience with each of the four above. Every day here, you are being poured into, invested in, coached, and encouraged by your assigned mentor.
You will be working on job sites, social media, the phone, at your home office, and wherever your ongoing improvement and growth take you.
